A must have for any truck style. My drivers are always climbing into the back of the trucks in order to do deliveries and they needed something that was much stronger and felt more stable when climbing in and out. This was the perfect decision for my company and was highly recommended by our workers comp personal to supply. When climbing in and out you have 3 points of contact and it doesn’t take much space on the rail system. This will keep your drivers from jumping down and possibly causing injury. The Rolson Ladder Company is second to none, thank you for doing what you do best.

My name is Danny Patterson and I am the Safety Director for the largest concrete company in East Tennessee. We recently had an employee sustain a knee injury due to climbing off the side a flatbed truck in an unsafe manner, slipping and falling, “this is the way I have been doing forever”, he said. His injury has cost us an estimated $40,000 at this point, and this doesn’t include his hours paid. After his injury, we were being reactive instead of proactive, and we looked into all the things we could do to prevent this injury from happening again. During my search for a solution, I ran across the “Rolson Ladder”. After studying this ladder, it was unanimous that we purchased a few of these ladders. These ladders are American designed and American made by the company owner with years of experience climbing on and off trucks and trailers. The ladders can be moved from one side of the truck or trailer to the other, from the front to the back with ease. With the ingenious design, storing the ladder is easy, you never have to take it off the truck or trailer, just put a lock on it and head down the road. This eliminates any excuse for the driver to “not” safely and securely access the top of the truck/trailer again. The ladder can easily allow a 300lbs person to use the ladder. It is very easy to lower and raise the ladder to its automatic secured position. No more employees climbing on trucks and trailers and no more leaving portable ladders behind or having them ran over. I strongly encourage you to be proactive and invest in this great product for the safety of your employee(s), to protect the company from lawsuits and reduce the cost of purchasing portable ladders every time you turn around. Our drivers absolutely love the ladders! We plan on buying more in the future. I wished we would have known about this product $40,000 earlier.

I just wanted to take moment and thank you for trailer ladders we received from your company. I started the search for the ladders due to a driver jumping from a trailer “just like he has done a thousand times” and injuring his knee. I wanted something to prevent this and your design works perfectly. It is sturdy enough to easily handle a 300 pound driver and light enough to easily move from one trailer to the next or to different pockets on the trailer. We have been using them for about a month now and everyone from the loading crew to the drivers wonder why I didn’t purchase these years ago. What started out as a purchase for safety has also had the side benefit of increasing the productivity of the loaders, so I am very happy with the purchase all the way around. Thanks again
